If you ordered a New Heights Hat your order confirmation email will show the expected ship date. Due to the demand of the hat, we are waiting on additional inventory and those orders will not ship in the standard fulfillment window. We're working hard to get them out as soon as possible!

I ordered a New Heights Hat, when is it shipping?

If you experience any trouble with a discount code, ensure the code is still active, is valid on the items in your cart, and you have entered it exactly as it appears. Any items not eligible for discount will have a note on the product page stating "This item is not eligible for discounts or promotions."
