To exchange a gift online, head to our returns page to start the exchange process and get your prepaid return shipping label! You will see the option to start a gift return; be sure to have the original order number on hand. If you don't have that info our team will help you out.

Once your return items are in transit, your exchange order for the new items requested will process.
