We’re sad to hear your purchase didn’t work out. The good news is you can return any item purchased on our site for a full refund or store credit within 60 days of the original purchase date.

To return an item by mail, head to our returns page to start the return process and either grab a prepaid return label or opt to take your item(s) to a Happy Returns drop off location!

To return an item to a retail location, simply bring the item and your order invoice/receipt to any of our retail locations, and one of our All-Stars will take care of you. Be sure to have the original card of purchase with you for the refund.
