If you typically wear the unisex size, we recommend sizing up one size in the women's styles. For example if you wear a medium in the unisex, to size up to large in the women's.

Some things you may notice with the women's tee vs the unisex is we have a wider neckband and a looser neck width, plus the women's is shorter in length, with a slight curve in the body. The unisex has longer and wider sleeves with a longer length and wider fit.
