What does it mean if my tracking says "Pre-Shipment"?Updated 2 months ago

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email it means our warehouse has scanned your completed order and your package is being picked up by the carrier. Your tracking will show "Pre-Shipment" until the carrier scans it on their end, but it has left our warehouse!

During times of high volume carriers often miss this initial scan or other scans along the way. This can cause delays with both tracking updates and the delivery of your package.
