Hold up, I had an item in my cart, but it disappeared when I reached checkout. What happened?Updated 2 months ago

With our ecommerce system, items are only removed from our inventory once a customer completes their order. And, because customers shop simultaneously, on very rare occasions, another customer will purchase the last item in a particular size before you have the chance to make it through checkout. In this case, our ecommerce system automatically removes the item from your cart. BUT! This is why we field a team of All-Stars.
